Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and defy.works (디파이웍스), 20 Jeongpyeong-ro 13beon-gil, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea (대한민국 경기도 용인시 수지구 정평로 13번길 20) (“we”) for using Influencer Kitchen. Creating an account means you accept them. Last updated 10 September 2026.
What the service is
A tool for building fictional characters and generating photographs and short videos of them with AI models. Outputs are generated on request and are never guaranteed: a render can fail, look wrong, or differ from the last one. We refund credits for failed renders automatically; we do not refund a render you simply did not like.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You sign in with Google; there is no separate password. What happens under your account is yours, so keep the Google account behind it secure.
- One person per account. Teams should ask us about a team arrangement.
Credits and payment
- Everything you generate is paid for in credits. The price of each render is shown on the button before you confirm it.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires. Credits that come with a subscription roll over for 90 days from the month they were granted, then expire.
- Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt and its terms apply to the payment itself. Questions about a charge go to us first at [email protected].
- Prices can change. A change to a subscription price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
What is yours
- Everything you make here is yours: the characters, the images, the videos, the captions. We claim no ownership and no rights to use it beyond running the service for you. You may use it commercially on every plan.
- Everything you upload stays yours too. By uploading it you give us permission to store it and send it to the AI model providers we use, solely to make what you ask for. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including the consent of any person in it.
- AI outputs are not unique. Another person can generate something similar, and we cannot promise exclusivity over a look, a face or a style.
- You are the one publishing. Platform rules on disclosing AI-generated content, and the laws where you publish, are your responsibility to follow.
What is not allowed
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. In short: no real people without consent, no sexual or adult content, no minors, no passing off generated content as real. The models refuse most of it; where they do not, we will. Breaking these rules can end your account without notice and without a refund, and our model and payment providers apply their own rules on top of ours.
Taking content down
If content made here depicts someone without their consent, we remove it. The process is described on the report page, and we act on valid reports within 48 hours. We may also remove content and suspend accounts to comply with a legal order or a provider's requirement.
Our service to you
- The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and to keep characters consistent, and we do not guarantee either.
- Our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost audience. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
- We may change or withdraw features. If we close the service, we will give you time to download your work.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Unused credits are forfeited when an account closes. We can end the agreement for a breach of these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are heard there.
