Privacy policy

Influencer Kitchen is operated by defy.works (디파이웍스), 20 Jeongpyeong-ro 13beon-gil, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea (대한민국 경기도 용인시 수지구 정평로 13번길 20). This page says what we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted. Last updated 10 September 2026.

What we collect

• Your account. The email address, name and profile picture Google shares when you sign in with it. There is no password: Google is the only way in, and we hold nothing that could open your account.
• What you make. The briefs and descriptions you type, the images you upload, and everything generated from them: characters, reference sheets, outfits, places, shots and films.
• Billing records. Which plan or top-up you bought, when, and a ledger of every credit spent, refunded or granted. Payment is taken by Polar, our merchant of record; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Technical logs. Request logs on our servers, which include your IP address and browser type. We run no analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies

One cookie: the session that keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out and expires on its own after a period of inactivity. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we do with it

• Run the service: sign you in, store your work, keep your credit balance right.
• Generate what you ask for. To do that, your briefs, descriptions and reference images are sent to the AI model providers below, who process them to return the output and are bound not to use them for anything else.
• Answer a takedown report, a support request, or a legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not train AI models on your content.

Who else sees it

These are the companies that process your data on our behalf, and why.

• Convex — our database and application backend, on a self-hosted deployment. Holds your account, your work and the credit ledger.
• Cloudflare R2 and Convex file storage — where your images, videos and uploads are stored. The storage is private; files are served through short-lived signed links.
• fal.ai and the model developers whose models it hosts — receive your prompts and reference images to generate images and video.
• OpenRouter, routing to Anthropic and Google models — receives your briefs and, when you build a character from images, those images, to write descriptions and shot lists.
• Polar — payment and subscriptions. Receives your email address to match a purchase to your account. Polar's own privacy policy covers what it collects at checkout.

How long we keep it

• Your account and your work: for as long as the account exists.
• When you delete a character, shoot, film or library item, it is removed from your account immediately. The stored file behind it is not automatically purged; it is purged when you ask us to, or when your account is deleted.
• The credit ledger and billing records: kept after account deletion for as long as accounting and tax rules require, then removed.
• Technical logs: a short rolling window, then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with a data-protection regulator, you can also complain to them.

People in your images

If you upload photographs of a person, you are telling us you have their consent, and that image is sent to the model providers above to build a character from. We do not run facial recognition to identify anyone; the models are asked to describe what they see, and refuse recognisable public figures. See the acceptable use policy for the rule itself.

Age

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so on it and, for anything significant, by email to the address on your account.
